So… awhile back you might have noticed I started dabbling in another craft… cross stitching!
Once I’ve got the basics it’s snowballed and here are some of what I’ve been working on…………
One thing I’m really proud of is the Frosted Pumpkin Tea Time pattern! It’s still here waiting to be posted off as a present… oh dear!
Isn’t it amazing? Although next time I won’t choose as white an aida!
I’m also doing some stich-a-longs…. this one is the #cloudsfactoryharrypotter hosted by NerdyMcStitcherson over on IG. I’m also planning to do the 2015 and 2016 Frosted Pumpkin ones too π Just waiting on the pattern and kit for Let’s Go On An Adventure.
Tonight it’s Gotham so guess best crack on and do some more work! Got a deadline of just under a week to finish another cross stitch…. seems I do like a bit of pressure!

/ January 24, 2016I love the tea one! But they’re all so cute!! I have no idea how to cross stitch, I received a ton of cross stitch for Christmas, but I’m so confused.

/ January 24, 2016Hi Hannah, just been looking at your cross stitching. Very impressed, did you manage to get the back of the fabric looking neat. Would love to meet up again soon as you have done so much since I last saw you. I have not been too well for last few months but if you have got time for a Saturday or Sunday chat at my house you would be very welcome. I do understand if you havenβt as I know you work full time.
I would come to you but with the wheelchair and the need for a downstairs loo it makes life complicated for me. Anyway, I shall continue to follow your posts as love to see the things you have made. I made a few things for Christmas but not using sewing machine. Bought a great book and now cannot find it, did manage to make a couple of things from it, hopefully it will turn up one day when I have a major tidy up in little bedroom. Cannot believe I could accidentally throw it away. I am going to send a photo straight after this of the table centre I made for my daughter in law. I ended up giving it to my son to use but keep for my granddaughter . Sadly he has just separated from his wife, a shock to Tony and I but the kids seem fine about it so far. Bye for now, keep sewing, and maybe we ca get together again soon. Jenny
