Sunday Stash and Giveaway!

Hello! I’m here hosting Sunday Stash this week! *waves* if you’ve popped over from Molli Sparkles

Molli Sparkles

Technically I am on a fabric diet (with some very loose limits) but it didn’t stop me adding to stash 😉

Ok so this bundle is part of the Blossom Heart Quilts Japanese club… and I love it totally me and super cute right?!

On a bit of a dressmaking obsession at the moment.. see fabric and automatically think skirts so added a top pattern and some more invisible zips!

What I’m working on today are these… although think I’m going to switch the blue to the green though! Last minute baby gift.

Now… onto the giveway there’s a bit of a mixture here some treasured, some new additions to my stash which I am sharing with you as a F8 bundle. Along with some polka dots and some other notions. Aren’t the macaroons and post stamps adorable.

So.. what have you got to show about your stash? Leave your links below for a chance to enter the giveaway 🙂

Good luck everyone!

A Bit of Self Indulgence….

…. again! For once there’s blue sky, sun and I have a few days away from the day job. Well in theory… anyway 🙂

So instead of trying to make the WIP mountain smaller I decided to pull out my precious B&C Charm Pack and pick some for a self gratifying mini project 🙂

You have no idea how long it’s taken me to decide! Now to cut so it’s ready to sew when I get home later! I’m actually being social for a change and getting out to meet a friend.

Sneaky peek at something I’m working on… my own spool pattern… This version completely in vintage fabrics.

Lot’s happening this month! There’s my Bead Soup Reveal tomorrow… the Sew Mama Sew Giveaway day starts on Monday and oh boy do I have a treat for you there! Plus I’m guest hosting Sunday Stash

Last but not least to celebrate my birthday on Monday how about a sneaky discount code off the shop? Yes well if you use “BDAY2014” you’ll get 25% off anything in the shop. It is mostly jewellery and bunting in there at the moment though!

Oh here’s the shop 🙂

What’s everyone got planned for the weekend?

Adding to my obsession… and a chance to win!

So.. it seems lately not a week goes by without adding something to my fabric stash. I kid you not it is more like the leaning tower.

This turned up in the post today.

Pretty… Pretty… drool worthy fabric and bias binding! The stretchy ribbon was a free gift isn’t it lovely?
This is where your chance to win comes in….. what should I do with it? It’s a little bit more brown than the photo suggests.

Come up with an idea and I will choose the best one! Not only will I create the item and name it after you… but you will receive a free owl mini cushion/beanie and… a discount code of 25% for anything from my shop.

Now who’s going to try?!

Look what I’ve won…!

Yes really.. I won something and now I can’t say I never do.

Early July I entered Louise’s competition over on her blog. It was all I could do to contain my excitement- one of my favorite necklaces was exclusively designed for me by Louise. A gorgeous seal.

The competition was whether people prefered a plain polished finish or an oxidised finish to the fab new range.

I opted for a plain polished finish and look what I won!

Sadly my photos don’t quite do it justice but if you want to see more of this and Louise’s other ranges… pop on over to her shop. And newly opened on Etsy.

Have I converted you yet?
